The Biologic Agriculture
is a method respectful culturale of the Environment.

The base of the Biologic Agriculture is the organic manure: be nourishing on best the ground by taking into account the billions of microbodies living in the ground.

For that purpose, we bring some fertilized organic matter,
On base of green manure,
legumes and crucifers and we girobroyons vine shoots.

In Spring, we plough vineyards with a plough provided with interstocks..

 

From May till July, we cross 2 - 3 times an actisol to eliminate the not desirable herb

 

 

The only products of treatments which we use are
brass salts and sulfur.

The grape harvests have place at the end of September for the Vine Muscatel wine and at the beginning of October for the Vine SPARKLING WHITE WINE.

The grape harvests are manually made. Grapes are delicately picked and sorted out before being paid into boxes pallox.
